As
the traded deadline ends the OCN Blizzard have added two
more players and have traded 20 year old forward Richard
McPherson.
The
Blizzard traded McPherson to teh Newmarket Hurricanes
of the OPJHL for 19 year old Defenseman Simon Mayer of
Toronto, ON and Future Considerations.
McPherson
had one goal in 8 games with the Blizzard after being
acquired with Tim Hammel for Pat Power and Benji Husband.
Stats for Mayer are currently unavailable.
The
Blizzard also sent defenseman Josh Stasyk to the Coquitlam
Express of the BCHL for 19 year old forward Jordan Dicksen
of Victoria, BC and Future Considerations. Stasyk had
a goal and an assist in 5 games with the Blizzard. Stats
for Dicksen are currently unavailable.
In
a minor deal the Blizzard traded the MJHL list rights
of 17 year old Defenseman Tyler Harder of Steinbach, MB
to the Dauphin Kings of the MJHL for Future Considerations.
