The
OCN Blizzard are proud to announce that forward Aaron
Starr has picked up the MJHL Player of the Month award
and goalie Pierre-Olivier Girouard has picked up the MJHL
Goalie of the Month award.
Starr
scored more than two points per game collecting 23 points
in 11 games played. He contributed 9 goals and 14 assists
to lead the Blizzard into the playoffs. Starr finished
the regular season with 118 points on 59 goals and 59
assists.
Girouard
posted a goals against average of 1.00 in 5 games played
and recorded a 0.970 save percentage. In 5 games Girouard
posted a 5-0 win/loss record.
