Hockey Player's Consulting Group Added To Pontiac Staff
The Hockey Player's Consulting Group, headed by Kirk Lamb, has been added to the Pontiac's staff. In today's increasingly competitive junior hockey environment this partnership will foster educational strategies that allow players the best opportunity to further their student-athlete careers. As a former player in the AJHL, who went on to play NCAA hockey at Princeton University and professional hockey, Kirk will work with the Pontiacs to prepare and promote players for college advancement through study schedules and practice exams for the SAT's, researching questions and universities, as well as liaising with college coaches and parents. Ultimately our partnership with the Hockey Player's Consulting Group will provide the professional guidance and strategies neccesary in today's competitve recruiting environment above and beyond the education program currently offered in the AJHL.
Our first meeting took place over the weekend and was attended by players and their parents. For more information, contact the Pontiac office, or call Kirk at 780 995-2647.
